Lead supply — Level Up weekly packs
How much runway is left before agents start coming up short on their weekly pack, based on who's actually enrolled right now.
Weekly lead drops — Monday & Thursday tracker
Check an agent off once you've sent their Monday 100 or their Thursday bonus 100 — this resets fresh every Monday automatically, so nothing carries over from last week. Click to check, click again to undo.
Agent login codes — give each agent their personal code
Each agent logs in with their own code and sees the leaderboard plus their personal dashboard. Tap "New code" to generate one, or "Edit" to type your own. Codes aren't case-sensitive. Use the upline dropdown to build your downline structure — team numbers roll up automatically on profiles.
Team goal — the whole team's monthly AP target
This is separate from each agent's own personal goal below — this one number drives the "% of goal" shown on the leaderboard for everyone.
Current: —
Personal goals — each agent's own weekly target (this week, Mon–Sun)
Feature rollout — release new features to the team when you're ready
Off = only Travis and admin can see it (you'll see a small "Preview" tag on it). On = everyone. Flip it back off any time.
Photo approvals
Agents can upload their own profile photo, but nothing shows on the leaderboard until you approve it here.
Disconnected number reports
An agent reports a number as disconnected here, not on their own — approving pulls the lead out of the system, rejecting sends it right back to them untouched.
Level Up tracker — who's actually working their leads
Everyone on the Level Up program, sorted by who's been quiet the longest. Worked = leads they've dialed at least once. Touches = dispositions and notes logged in the last 7 days. Sold = AP this week. Click a name to open their profile.
Carriers
The carrier dropdown on Submit Sale, sale edits, and Book of Business.
Comp grid — what each contract level actually pays
This is the exact table used to calculate own commission and override on the Overrides page and the upfront estimate card — pulled straight from the comp guides. Read-only here; ping me to update a number if a carrier's grid changes.
Recruiting
Bring people in without anyone slipping through
Applied → Interviewed → In course → Licensed → Contracted → First sale. Drag a card to move it, or use the Stage dropdown. When someone's done interviewing, open their card and hit "Ready for the course" or "Ready for contracting" — they land in "Ready to onboard" so the agency form gets submitted. A card sitting in one stage 10+ days shows as stalled.
My Team
Personal — what that agent wrote themselves. Hierarchy — their own AP plus everyone under them. Volume — that leg's share of the tree you're looking at. Click a manager to open their leg, click a name for their profile.
Override commissions
Each person earns the gap between their own comp % and the comp % of whoever's directly below them in the chain — not a flat cut of everything under them. This walks the full upline chain on every sale, however many layers deep. All numbers below already assume a 70% industry-average persistency rate — 30% of first-year commission is treated as gone to lapses/chargebacks before you ever see it. (Own commission and override shown here are gross, before the advance timing — the Est. upfront card on My Stats applies the advance rate: 75% standard, 50% for Aetna since their advance period dropped from 9mo to 6mo.)
